Advancing Our Brushless Motor Platform
We’re nearing the final stages of development on our first brushless motor platform, designed to meet evolving performance and regulatory requirements across global markets. Built with efficiency, durability, and scalability in mind, this platform expands our motion control capabilities.

For more than 25 years, this event has brought together leaders across the commercial vehicle industry. Magneto Movement has been proud to attend year after year—connecting with partners, exchanging insights, and staying closely aligned with the technologies shaping what’s next.
Big Changes at Dumore Motors.
In 2025, Dumore continued its journey toward becoming an industry leader in fractional horsepower motors, marked by several key leadership additions and transitions. Erick Tirrel joined Dumore Motors as General Manager, bringing more than 25 years of lean manufacturing experience and a strong background in operations leadership. Dave Messer, a 30-year company veteran, assumed expanded responsibilities and now leads Magneto Movement’s engineering organization across all brands, including AM Equipment, Dumore Motors, and Grove Die Casting. Additionally, Ethan Richardson joined Dumore as Manager of Quality, contributing extensive experience in quality control and assurance and serving as a certified IATF auditor.
AM Equipment’s Kaizen Event
Our 2025 Kaizen Blitz focused on streamlining order fulfillment by reducing operator travel and improving material flow at the point of use. The changes are already driving better efficiency and on-time performance—and we’ll continue refining them as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
